Yoga classes return to Preston village hall, Canterbury
Whether you’ve been to my classes before or are just thinking about trying out yoga, you will be warmly welcomed at Preston village hall, CT3 1HB. In addition to the three regular classes, there’s a new chair yoga class on Monday mornings. Chair yoga is suitable for anyone who finds it challenging to get up and down from the floor. As well as seated yoga, mindfulness and meditation, the chair is used as support for standing poses.
Classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Wondering what to expect from a class? Come along for community, connection and a challenge!
